Returns
30 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return an item, please contact us at info@rakastaka.com. To process your return, we require proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Undeliverable (Incomplete/invalid address)
If your order is returned due to failure to deliver to an address provided on the order form, then we reserve the right to charge for the return postage to us. Further postage & packing charges will apply for subsequent redelivery of the same order to an alternative address (if requested).
Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)
14 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only
If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at info@rakastaka.com.
Defective products may only be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, and information to help us understand the potential defect.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the item. In this case, the item can be returned to us with proof of purchase. Upon receipt, we will send a replacement item. We reserve the right to issue a refund if the item is no longer available.
We recommend returning items via recorded delivery because we will only send replacements after successful receipt of the damaged goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition. is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, sale items, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds where applicable will be made against the original purchase price and take into account sales, offers and discounts that may have been active at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Using RakaStaka
BEER BOTTLE
Please use your RakaStaka sensibly. Ensure that you build secure stacks of bottles. We are not responsible for any damage caused by adventurous use or misuse of RakaStaka. The usage diagrams on this site and in the box are only a fun guide. If you are not confident in any of the stacking configurations then rearrange your stack until you are. This size RakaStaka is ideal for the usual 330ml bottles as used by the majority of brewers and for the 250ml "stubbies". Strangely shaped bottles or those with a larger circumference may not work with RakaStaka. The size is not intended for use with beer cans but it can be used for the narrower cans favoured by the producers of "energy" drinks etc.
CANS
This size RakaStaka is ideal for the usual 440ml cans as used by the majority of brewers and for the tall 500ml & 668ml cans. The CANS RakaStaka is also good for use with water bottles and soft drinks cans.
WINE
This size RakaStaka is ideal for standard 750ml Bordeaux and Burgundy style wine bottles. The WINE RakaStaka is also good for use with water bottles and soft drinks and juice containers.
Security
rakastaka.com and rakastaka.co.uk use Shopify to process your order. This means that your payment details go to a highly secure site run by a trustworthy organization for payment processing. rakastaka.com do not see or have access to your card information. PayPal ensures that your transaction information stays private and protected.
Liability
rakastaka.com and rakastaka.co.uk will not be liable for any loss incurred by you through misuse of the website, by any access to, corruption of, destruction of, alteration of, data, or any loss which is not a result of something we have done wrong.
